Ruben has been in the hair industry for over ten years. Originally from New York City, he has worked in some of the top salons in the area and trained with Bumble & Bumble, Tony & Guy, and Kerastase.
His cutting style is inspired by movement and body, and he is known for his signature blowouts that bring volume and shape to every hair type. Ruben’s approach starts with trust. He takes the time to understand your hair, your lifestyle, and what you want before picking up the scissors.

The senior stylist and founder of Numi Salon worked his way up the styling ladder at the renowned New York City-based John Frieda and Warren-Tricomi salons, where he often tamed celebrity tresses. Thanks to his prestigious training, he’s able to take big hair ideas and put them into a small salon with great service.
